Introduction

I, Judith Peterhoff trading as Judith Peterhoff Jewellery, am a bespoke jewellery designer focusing on small handmade collections and bespoke one off pieces. I always work closely with my customers to create their dream commissions. I take big pride in excellent customer care and building up a trusting relationship with my clients. I always treat my customers how I would like to be treated and for this reason I will treat your personal data with complete confidentiality. But what exactly is your personal data, you ask? It’s any information that can identify an individual, even just your name. Your address, phone number or e-mail address also count as personal data.

Staying in touch

I will always seek your permission to add you to the e-mail newsletter and any other marketing channels. If you decide to sign up to my e-mail newsletter, your name and e-mail address will be used to send you a newsletter approximately 2-4 times a year. Which means you will hear about updates on new collections, upcoming events and of course special promotions every 3 months. I will only ever collect personal information such as name, postal address, phone number with your explicit consent, whether in person, at shows or via e-mail. I have chosen Mailchimp as my e-mail newsletter service, who safely stores your name and e-mail address on my behalf. You can read their privacy policy here. I really dislike spam myself, so you can be sure there will always be an unsubscribe option in every e-mail, in case you don’t want to hear from me anymore – no hard feelings.

Buying from me

If you place an order from me in person at a craft show, through direct sale at my studio, online or at a jewellery event I will need to collect your contact details to fulfill your order.

Due to the bespoke nature of my pieces the website is currently not an online shop. The website is currently not an online shop because all my pieces are made to order. If you wish to place an order please contact me directly via e-mail.

Your Rights

Your personal data is securely stored in a password-protected document on my systems for a maximum of 5 years. At any time you are entitled to ask me for details of any personal information that I hold on you, or to ask that your details are deleted. Please contact me for this.

I may make changes to this policy from time to time. If I do so, I will post the changes on this page. This policy was last changed on 2nd November 2018.
