Handmade in London all of Judith’s jewellery is made from recycled precious metals. Pieces are made-to-order and may take 10-15 working days to produce. This simply means your piece is one of a kind. Please get in touch if you’re in a rush and Judith will see what she can do. Judith is a Fairtrade Foundation registered jeweller and can create any piece to commission in Fairtrade gold.
If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 5 days of receipt of payment. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Bespoke commissions like engagement rings can take between 6 – 8 weeks from point of order to delivery depending on the piece. Commissions work will require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the full balance payable prior to shipping.
Where possible, orders are sent via trackable method and require a signature upon receipt. Please bear this in mind when ordering with Judith. UK shipping is via insured next day special delivery and is free of charge for pieces over £100. For pieces £100 and under a postage charge of £4.50 will be charged. When ordering before Christmas please check the delivery time on the piece you would like to order. Usually for Christmas orders our last day for UK Postage is the 20th December and for International Orders the 10th December. Please get in touch if you’re in a rush and Judith will try and deliver your order quicker than the estimated delivery time.
Prices for all sales outside the U.K are displayed without tax.
As of the 1st January 2021 the UK is no longer part of the European Union and therefore orders shipped to Europe fall under the laws of international shipping. Orders placed from the European Union are charged a flatrate of £10 shipping fee with Royal Mail, an insured courier can be arranged but will need to be quoted for. International orders placed from the US/Canada are charged a flatrate of £25 shipping fee with Royal Mail, an insured courier can be arranged but will need to be quoted for as well. Non UK residents such as customers from US/Canda and the European Community (EU) will be liable for any import duties and taxes in the usual way. Failing to pay these taxes may result in goods being returned to us, unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs should this happen.
Any time or date for delivery is an estimate only. If you have a special occassion coming up and require an item urgently please contact Judith immediately. She will try her best to accommodate your requirements.
All our jewellery is packaged in beautiful branded boxes. The parcel is send in an unbranded envelope with our name on a small discreet sticker.
