By using this site you are acknowledging that you have read and agree with the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed or added to at any time.
The prices shown on my website are in GBP unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice to you.
All orders placed with me are subject to acceptance and availability of goods. Judith Peterhoff Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any order.
Currently this is not an online shop. When an email is placed via an email enquiry form, I will send out an invoice. Payments can be made via PayPal or BACS. Commissions work will require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the full balance payable prior to shipping.
Most of my items are held in stock but some of the jewellery is made to order, especially gold vermeil and bespoke pieces. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 5 days of receipt of payment. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Commissions like engagement rings can take between 4 – 8 weeks from point of order to delivery depending on the piece.
Any time or date for delivery is an estimate only. If you have a special occassion coming up and require an item urgently please contact me immediately and I will try my best to accomodate your requirements.
Orders for stock items can be cancelled any time before dispatch but you must inform me in writing by email as soon as possible. Please note that orders for goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be cancelled.
If for some reason you would like to return your purchase, please return it unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days. Please get in touch with me before doing so to see if I can help in any way and I know to expect it. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days. Refund for postage is not quaranteed and you will have to pay for the return postage.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or are not what you ordered, please inform me within 7 days of delivery. I will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.
Goods which are thought to be faulty after this time will be treated case by case. Please contact me to discuss the problem.

Description of goods
I have made evey effort to ensure that all images are a true representation of the finished product but due to the handmade nature of my jewellery, slight variations might occur between pieces. Due to the nature of the raw materials gemstones used may vary slighlty in colour. Depending on the monitor and browser you are using the colours and images might vary. Images might not be actual size, please refer to the individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each piece.
